However, we understand that there may be occasions where a product needs to be returned or a refund requested. Therefore, we have established the following refunds and returns policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience:

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns:

1.1. Eligible Return Products: We accept returns of products that are in original, unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

1.2. Return Period: Customers have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.

1.3. Return Process: To initiate the return process, customers must contact our customer service team via info@lauremichael.com. A return authorization will be provided, and customers will be instructed on the steps to follow.

1.4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is the result of an error on the part of Laure & Michæl.

1.5. Inspection and Refund: Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2. Refunds:

2.1. Eligible Refund Products: Refunds can be requested for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not meet customer expectations due to quality issues.

2.3. Refund Request Period: Customers must report the need for a refund within a period of 7 days after receiving the product.

3. Exceptions:

3.1. Non-Eligible Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been customized or modified to customer specifications, unless they are defective or damaged.

3.2. Sale or Promotional Items: Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or offers are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
